Best customer support I've ever had
I had an issue with an international transfer and chat support resolved it within four minutes. Literally unheard of in traditional banking. The metal card is lovely too.

Great app, slight delay in verification
The app interface is flawless and the spending insights are genuinely useful. My only gripe was that initial KYC took about 48 hours, but once in, it's been smooth sailing.

Card froze twice abroad
Both times in Japan my card was declined despite travel notices being set. Support unfroze it quickly each time, but a bank that fails abroad is a real problem.
